  9. I AM PISS ASS BROKE NOW FOR THE NEXT TWO PAY PERIODS BUT I WILL EARN AT LEAST $250 OVER THE NEXT FOUR DAYS WHICH IS A FORTUNE COMPARED TO MY $55 EVERY TWO WEEKS.

I don’t know who this kid is, but clearly he came from the future where Eoin Macken and I are married and have children.
Merlin: 64 days!!

Today I thought that I would count to see how many days there were until Merlin, so casually I opened my diary and started to count like this:

But then the more I counted backwards the more my face turned slowly like this:

So finally i get to today and there are 64 days!!! 

I’m in shock

Then the emotions hit.

The I started to get depressed and when my mother said I was taking this Merlin thing a little seriously I was like,

So to make myself feel better I am going to march up to the bbc tv merlin people and tell them.

But my parents tell me I’m being ridiculous and TV programs are controlling my life, 

And they have told me to think of it in weeks (9 weeks) or months (2 months, 1 day).

My mind is blown.

Studying for African Studies, I ran across the name “Nyabingi” and it reminded me of Nagini from Harry Potter. Curious if they were similar, I looked it up on Wikipedia, and instead of Nagini (the character), it lead me to Naga, from Hinduism and Buddhism. After reading the page, in the related pages was Lamia. Being the Merlin nerd I am, I clicked on it and read through that one too. In sources of Lamias, it said “Apelius, in The Golden Ass…” and goes on to say how it describes one of the characters as such. I just so happen to have to read The Golden Ass for my Western Civilization: Antiquity to 1500 class.

The connection…My mind is blown.
